Explorations: Xxi Poem by indira babbellapati

Explorations: Xxi

Carefully
Tastefully
Measured in
Single syllables
Widening craters
In relationships
Can't conceal
The monotony within
That throws the balance
Of the relationships
To one side...

You gather the beginnings
Hidden in your secret pocket
To make the balance even-
A vain attempt like
Filling a basket with water;
Tying up smoke into a bundle!
