Explorations: Xxiii Poem by indira babbellapati

Explorations: Xxiii

Whirlwinds
Lifted me and
Threw me where
They pleased

Whirlpools
Turned and turned
Me in their
Dizzy rotation

Timid I am
I can't boast
I ever stood up
And fought...

Courage, I've none;
Even mild winds
At times scare me
And I simply tremble

All I do is accept
Accept what destiny doles out
And that's where lies
My courage, my friend!
