In carved crevices
In painted canyons
On the lap of my mother earth
I watch over the eras and aeons.
Caressing its glowing sand
Mesmerising thirsty land
Upon the pathless deserts
I run with outstretched arms.
Clouds kissing the hills
Birds with colourful wings
Rainbow reflect in eyes
I float with racing winds.
Restless, endless seashore
Under the sky she roars
Crown queen of heaven
I smile with tossing waves
Roaming through deep woods
Exploring mother earth, dazzling dew
Myriad of colours, rainbow hue
I sing the verses, composed new.
