What has happen to expressing our feelings?
Misunderstandings abound and leave all reeling

What stops so many from being open and clear?
Say what you mean with considered words my dear

Our senses need emotions to carry forward
Laughing, crying, need not feel awkward

Tell your story from the deepness of your heart
Families stay together saved from being torn apart

Fear not to let them see you shed a tear
It will actually bring them closer because communications makes things clear

After all is said life has so much more.
The worst that can happen is that they only love you more.
