Eye-Openers Poem by Satish Verma

Eye-Openers

Can you contain it;
the call,
one animal?

*

A baby hurt,
sometimes―
you enjoy.

*

The full moon was―
as poor as,
a church mouse.

*

Sitting in court
watching a
finch play with water.
