Eyes - Poem by John Bannister Tabb

Sweet spirits born together
To dwell in orbs apart,
And feel the changeful weather
That clouds or clears the Heart;

Ye see not one the other,
But in the smile or tear
That makes of both a mother
Each knows a sister near.
