I can’t help but be mesmerized
By the beauty of your eyes
I lose my sanity in their depths
Bright and captivating
I wonder why I ever left
Their comforting gaze
Warm and inviting
Inevitably I imagine you like me too
My brain ascertains that I am wrong
But my heart insists I am right
Fervently I wish I had your love
Constantly I regret our first break
Always and forever
I’ll daydream about your eyes
Your love, your smile, your face
I love the way you talk to me
The way you can be a dork
The way you flirt without knowing
The way your eyes hold me captive
The way your smile brightens my day
The way your laugh brings me joy
The way I can’t help but think of you
My eyes long to gaze into yours
My heart craves yours
My love yearns to be returned
My life desires fulfillment
You, my dear
Would be all those things and more
Look me in the eyes love
And tell me you don’t love me too
