Face Your Fears Poem by Maria Coelho

The day has come to face your fears,
No time to cry, hold back the tears,
If you stand tall, you will overcome,
What's holding you back will be undone.

It may be physical or in your mind,
Do not be afraid of what you may find,
Just know that when you do break free,
Nothing can then stop you, don't you agree?

So persevere and don't let go,
And remember that you are able to say no,
Whatever the fear you will and can beat,
So shake your body loose and stand on your feet.

The time is now to face your fear,
Be strong my dear, your friend is near,
Your focus is on the peaceful side,
Your soul is clear, nothing to hide.
