Fairies Outside Poem by Emmanuel George Cefai

Fairies Outside

There were
Fairies outside
In the winter gales
The rains the blizzards
And the storms
Thunder
Lightning
All
All were outside
Most
Were eying
Those dark silhouetted
Homes
Armed
With the comfort
Of
Lights behind closed
Windows
Warmth behind closed
Doors
All were outside
Most
Were eying
Those dark silhouetted
Homes
