Faith



Once, I recall
I was pious, religious
Mohammad, Moses and Jesus
Regardless

Now
In sea I can’t swim
In dunes, in mirage I get lost
I boil and freeze in the sun, in the ice

In first, I had faith
For last, in the dark of the night with a light
I kept search
Where am I?

“Damn! Damn!
And damn you! ”
I said, still say to faithful
They act as the thieves

All simple
Preaching
And lying
Misguiding
