Faiths At Base Poem by Nassy Fesharaki

Faiths At Base

Faiths at base

I think she, is ugly like monkey.

Has lowered her visor, as does a jet pilot
Also wears tennis shoes a very top model
This Chinese jugs like the, alien, or robot
The Sixteenth, expensive Rihmondhill.

Unlike those in China’s days or nights
That work hard, paving ways to export.

“From China and having so much wealth? ”

This question is bitter, almost kills
When one knows, and can guess
Back at home millions face hardship.

“Where from has this come? ”

Corruptions, or somehow, in one way
Stolen, embezzled or bribe, maybe not
And agent is she and, has orders:
“Go abroad and spy, or corrupt…”

With this line come to life Che, Mao and Incas
As do faiths in the base:
“No one owns; you must share.”

But ego, selfishness say something different.
