Fakir Haji Ali Poem by Sumita Jetley

Fakir Haji Ali

At the edge of the sea, where waves softly sigh,
Lies the Haji Pir Dargah, under the vast sky.
In this tranquil haven, where spirits fly free,
Sat Sumita Jetley, as serene as could be.
Her eyes, like the ocean, deep and profound,
Whisper tales of wander, where truths are found.
Alongside her, a sage, with wisdom so rare,
Words flowing like rivers, in the cool evening air.
The sun dips low, in a glorious retreat,
Painting the heavens with colors so sweet.
Their conversation, a melody so divine,
Weaving tales of the mystical, where souls entwine.
The Dargah stands witness, to this sacred meet,
As tales of the land with ocean's whispers greet.
In the heart of twilight, where shadows play,
Echoes of their dialogue, in the breeze sway.
As nightfall embraces the departing light,
Their spirits converse, in the starry night.
In this moment eternal, by the sacred sea's side,
Sumita finds solace, where peace does reside.
So here by the Dargah, as day meets night,
Two souls share wisdom, in the fading light.
And as the waves kiss the shore with gentle spray,
The echoes of their union, forever will stay.
