Fakir Sips 'dhikr Tea' Poem by Sumita Jetley

Fakir Sips 'dhikr Tea'

In the quiet of dawn's embrace,
Salima finds her special place,
With morning light soft and pale,
She sets upon the day's first tale.

A pot of chai, a whisper of steam,
In its warmth, her thoughts beam,
Not just a drink, but a moment to seize,
A prayer, a thanks, in every breeze.

'Life's not just about the grand or bold,
But finding peace, in stories untold,
In every sip, a universe unfolds,
Of quiet joys and wisdoms old.'

As the sun climbs, and shadows play,
She sips her chai, welcoming the day,
A simple act, yet profound and deep,
A promise to her heart, she'll always keep.

For in this ritual, small and sweet,
Salima finds her world complete,
In every drop, a tale of surrender,
A life of peace, gentle and tender.

So let us learn from her quiet way,
To find our chai, our light, our sway,
For in the simplest acts, we might find,
The deepest truths, that unbind and bind.
