In the morning light so fair,
A chef sat with quiet care,
With a cup of tea, he'd wait,
For his friend, never late.
At Harminder Sahib, they met,
In silent prayers, their hearts set,
Serving selfless, lost in song,
In shabd sewa, they belong.
Young and radiant, full of grace,
In this holy, sacred place,
A smile exchanged, a bond so deep,
Their hearts in prayer, forever keep.
In the rising sun's embrace,
They found peace in this place,
Simple moments, pure and true,
In their silence, love grew.
They parted ways as day began,
Carrying peace, hand in hand,
For in this life, they'd come to see,
Simple things hold eternity.
'In this world, you never know,
Who you're talking to, or where you'll go,
Embrace simplicity, let your heart sing,
In the smallest moments, find everything.
