Falling - Poem by Jennifer Sollmann

Fall
Fall
Fall
My thoughts whisper
Like autumn leaves
I drift down without resistance
Sentience, full of euphoria
Catch me
I say to the clouds
Fluffy and happy
They agree
I’ll carry you
The waves roar
Rushing along
With the current
I wonder
How did I end up here
How did I get so lucky
How
How
How
My thoughts whisper
with a smile

    My thoughts whisper
