Falling Hard Poem by Jaana Coon

Falling Hard

Here I go again,
I see myself falling for you.
My heart beat both
quickens and slows down around you.

Every thought that I have
seems to always turn to you.
I look forward to seeing you,
but dread to have to go.

I always long for your
arms to once again wrap
around me and for your
sweet kisses, never letting it end.

You seem to fall for me too,
but then all at once
it is like someone turned the
light switch off inside you...

You seem to never want me around,
I can almost feel you
actually pushing me away.
And I am left to wonder... Why?

So I sit her on the floor,
tears streaming down my face,
waiting for you to come back around.
I don't know how to be someone you miss..
