Whenever I see you, I love to see your smile,
Thinking how badly I want you all the while.
I get this weird feeling in my stomach when I see your face,
Standing close to you my heartbeat starts to race.
When you look at me I feel like I might melt,
From the time of our first date you knew how I felt.
When you first touched me I got chills,
It surprised me at first so I stood still.
How you make me feel gives me a fright,
I wanna be with you so badly, even if it’s just for 1 night.
You make me feel comfortable and safe when I’m with you,
I don’t ever want you to say we’re through.
I feel like I could give you all of me,
I never knew how exciting this feeling could be.
You mean more to me than you can ever know,
I try unsuccessfully not to let it show.
I want to give you everything I got,
If you want to be with me you get only 1 shot.
I’ve been hurt badly too many times before,
Starting something new brings back old sores.
Take the time to get to know me,
To have your love and respect is my only plea.
All the pain I had endured has begun to heal,
Because of how good you make me feel.
Now I feel a lot more carefree,
Realizing now that we were always meant to be.
