False Love Poem by Jay'Reeona Collins

False Love

Why did you go?
You said we'd always be together.
You stabbed me in the back you chose her.
HER? !
The one who ruined it all?
For us...?
You know she hates me.
I told you.
So why?
Why do you not even acknowledge my existence?
You act as if she's your oxygen.
You always stay close to her.
I'm being jealous.
Stop it me.
But I still wonder.....
Why her?
I gave you everything you wanted.
You said I was perfect.
Apparently those were lies too.
But I still want you.
I loved you genuinely.
I guess it wasn't meant to be.
Goodbye you lier.
Tch.

And when they ask you about me.
And you find yourself thinking back on all our memories.
I hope your heart aches with regret.
And the truth hits you like a bullet.
And you find yourself replying;
"She loved me more than anything in the entire world and I destroyed her."
