False - Poem by Franco D'Elia

Her beauty and her grace overwhelms me
and not one impure thought wraps the depths of my mind
but I'm afraid my reflection of her was false
my time gives way and hope her journey intertwines with mine
but freedom to feel this way was certainly enough.

Lacey Boznowski, lol she was a coworker of mine. But this was such a long time ago, I've moved on since then. :) (Report)Reply

You let someone you love deeply slip through your fingers. She got away and now you miss her. Such a beautiful poem yet sad. Who is this fair maiden after all? Has her path crossed yours yet? (Report)Reply
