Fame Poem by ted de Hallam

Fame

Fame is fleeting, ferocious, ephemeral
Just like sex but less epidemical
Neither last. nor should they oughter
But oh! for a dance with the devil's daughter.

Just a taster is all I need
To give my life a little speed
I may like but still I'll bike it
Up t'village for my feed.

Getting old I should be past it
Might be hard, could be drastic
But oh! for a touch of the light fantastic
Before all hope is gone
Before I travel on
To where there is no sun

for Ben
just words no music.hip hop?
