Fame Poem by marie burton

Fame

He's a young man full of ambition
Sex booze and drugs now he's in remission
The cameras are just waiting
To catch him when he's down
As the media makes its way to tinsel town
Never alone longing to be free
But he's made his bed and this he would agree
All his tailored suits and fashion ties cannot hide
What lingers in his eye?
A desperate man in need of help
Does not matter all his wealth
Care and attention that, s all he needs
Before he falls to the pads on his knees
When he dries out he will understand
Sex booze and drugs don't go hand in hand
