Family Reunion Poem by Noorie Ali

Family Reunion

Blood stream flowing, through each vain.
A ancestors tree repainted, a colour co-ordinated
Building.

A river in which love flows without notice
String to string a rope is tied to one another.
Like a spider binding its web.

A flowery picture
A cloudy picture

A knife cutting battle
A sweet canal flowing

Everyday is a fast-paced adventure
Relations are a meaningful basket of roses
Sometimes a twinkling dropp of poison is to dropp but a honey like taste will be replacing the bitter coldness.

After a few momentary drizzles, soon the petals will shine.
A glowing, sentimental love Bridge will be built.

For thy family is to walk on side by side, not to walk over a thunder ball filled with hate and halting feelings
But with a holding so fine

A family re-union is what brings one to a celebration.
