Don’t drive, Bump and Crash…
When driving fast,
You’ve suddenly seen a police car
On your opposite lane
You try to get your speed down to 30
Oops… no, it's too late.
Now that was not written, not in your fate,
You Silly grain.
You made the verdict your destiny.
O’Hare what a shame; you thought
You would surely get away, and not be framed.
Don’t drive, Bump and Crash…
The cameras were watching you so why did you hide.
Was it a plesant rollercoaster ride?
Was it worth it?
What a glide to a stupid hype!
One mistake you thought you could easily escape.
The cops were on to you like a hawk...
Now look who’s talking….
And walking, the walk of shame.
Of course, it’s the insane man.
One who thought he’d get away
and not be framed.
A very good poem and I like the idea because this is the first poem for me to read about this issue. You sent your message in a fine way.You know there is an Arabic quotation says: 'fe al agala al nadama, w al taa'eny al salama' means (((in the speed regret and in the deliberation safety))) .It relates with your poem :) Keep it up and thanks for sharing.I hope you visit your poetry section.
