Trying to see into a mirror
from which no reflection's cast,
Who now stands behind this curtain
of smoky double glass?
Gaze within the eyes our soul
as everyone will say,
Careful for the soul lies deep
and you glanced away...
Seeing what you think you saw
but did you really see?
All essence of my being's
locked within a fantasy.
