Farewell..! ! Poem by Mahima Prathaban

Chatting under the big blue sky..,
Knowing not wat passed by..
The thunderous laughter that filled the air..
I'll miss those days spent on canteen stairs.

Group studies for examination,
When all we studied was like hallucination,
Encouraging each other to do our best..
We've always been better than the rest.

The world so open lies far in front..
Looking for avenues we ought to hunt..
Here, the good happy days of college end..
With tears we part to take lifes new bend...! !

Its time to leave and say good bye..
Leaving behind the past aside..
Good or bad the times we spent..
I know not how it quickly went..

The memories still remain as fresh as dew,
The days we learnt everything new,
Little fights and little arguements,
Now have made us all thick friends..

Lets depart to meet again..
Time to pack and take the train..
I hope to meet you all very soon..
When you'll be singing lifes new tune..

Its good bye time my friends so dear..
Am leaving you with eyes filled with tears.
As we all part in search of our daily bread..
Wishing you all a fun filled life ahead..
