Farewell, Fellow Traveller Poem by Alexandro Johns

Farewell, Fellow Traveller

Daniel, we traveled together
with wings borrowed from poetry,
and although they announce today
the loss of your light
on the ultimate radar watching over us,
I'm sure you'll keep flying within us.

Your track on the journey we shared is still here;
we'll keep following the work of your days
with the optimistic compass of your singing.
