Fear - Poem by Alesia Leach

Fear, entangling me
ensnaring me
With cold hands,
twisting my heart,
tearing at my soul.
Hiding inside,
it moves and
breathes.
Paralyzed,
I stop thinking,
it takes what it wants
leaving me shaken.

That I have to post this upsets me:

poems for you to read not for you to
post willy-nilly to a website, in
your newsletter or anywhere else with out
my permission. I am available, leave me a

the name of my poem and not give proper
credit. You should be ashamed!

A good depiction of the characteristics of pain
You are a poet and you can overcome you pain
    Be blessed
