Fear Is Okay Poem by Sumita Jetley

Fear Is Okay

In a room where sunlight streams,
Zainab sits and softly dreams.
Plants around her, green and bright,
She seeks wisdom in the light.

Eyes closed, heart open wide,
Fear and love sit side by side.
"Why am I afraid? " she asks,
In her thoughts, she gently basks.

Breathing deep, she finds her peace,
With each breath, her worries cease.
In the quiet, love takes flight,
Turning shadows into light.

Faith in God, so pure and strong,
Helps her journey all along.
Fear, a shadow, fades away,
Love and trust now guide her way.

Day by day, she moves ahead,
Facing fears she used to dread.
In her heart, she finds her truth,
Breaking through with newfound youth.

Zainab's path, a shining ray,
Shows that fear can't block the way.
With a heart so full of grace,
She meets her fears, face to face.

This is Zainab's gentle tale,
Of how love and trust prevail.
In her journey, we all see,
Fear can lead to being free.
