Fear Of Drowning Poem by Kellie C.T

Fear Of Drowning

Rating: 4.5

I can not see but I can hear
I can not find my way
But I will not live in fear
I am heart broken but I will not cry
I am numb but I can still feel
This may be a dream
but to me it feels so real
I'm drowning now, lungs full
of the salty blue water
No one knows my name
no one knows my story
I will die, unknown but not afraid
I am drowning, I can not be saved.

Your poem reaches out to me! 'I am heart broken but I will not cry I am numb but I can still feel' - I understand! 'No one knows my name no one knows my story I will die, unknown but not afraid I am drowning, I can not be saved' - Poignant thoughts, evoke sadness.
