Feast Of The Holy Trinity Poem by Dr John Celes

Feast Of The Holy Trinity

The mystery of the triune God -
The Father, Son and Holy Ghost -
No man can ever decipher -
The mystery stays then forever.

But each one is a special form,
Equally is each one a God;
Their harmony is intricate -
Not comprehended by primate.

The Holy Trinity is God;
He is as persons three-in-one;
One isn't superior than the next -
This keeps the humankind most vexed.

Through Christ, we know the Father God;
And God is Being eternal;
Nothing is there which God didn't make;
But God loves man, the most of all.

No one has seen the Living God;
No one has touched the Loving God;
He is a supernatural Light;
He is the glorious most, a sight.

The Holy Spirit Paraclete,
Christ sent Him to earth for mankind;
He gives His gifts to ones who ask;
His powers are unfathomable.

God has been for eternity;
He is the one who is timeless;
Poetry explains a God better,
And this may be a trend-setter!
