Feeling Lonesome - Poem by Ashwathy Krishna

In the midst of the crowd
I don't feel so proud
When I find myself
All alone with thousands

That's me, noticed by nobody
Making me all narrow
But for a little change
Can't I get a smile to borrow!

Why me, so invisible?
Is that so possible!
Only the thirst for a care
Remain from somebody rare

Oneday I will be known
Not as a scholar
But as 'me' and
that's for sure
