Feminism Poem by Casim Kasamu

Feminism

Charles Fourier,
a word of equality you coined,
'féminisme'
Sister uses it to do as she pleases,
Tatoos here and tatoos there
Abortions as she pleases,
It's her body
So her rules.

Mary Wollstonecraft
You saw it fit to support him,
our mothers can now read
literate, they're
But at whose expense?
Our father's wails go unnoticed.
Mom claims to be feminine,
the law is in her favor
Father can't tell how agressive she gets.

Walk down avenues streets,
She hardly covers her womanhood
Alas,
She walks naked
Attracting vultures of all natures.
Where has the ubuntu gone to?
Now that she's empowered,
She sells her body.
Forget about voting
It's now get right
but hardly in her dictionary.
