Feminism Poem by Missy Lynn

Feminism

Rating: 3.6

Sweat beads down my face
90 degrees Toiling over fire
I never complained in this
(I cook, I clean)
Pain doubles me over
Every month after another
I never complained in this
Hurting pain rips me for 9 months
And I suffer greater then any man
I never complained in this
(I raise 3 children)
You beat me leaving welts
Because you didn’t get your way
I never complained in this
(I wash for you)
We are women
We took care of you since
The world began and never got return
Now equality will take over

Quit complaining
