Fight For Life Poem by Alyse Reichardt

Fight For Life

Rating: 2.5

I once was a little girl who used to write good poems, they usually were deppresion ones because of minor problems,
Now I am a woman stuggling to make a dime, deppresion taking over, yet the sun keeps on shinning.

Now that I am older I can fight for my rights, I will not live a life of unhappiness and fright,
No matter what life brings to me I will always hold some hope,
My life is what I make of it so loosen up my rope!

A little bird sings melodys, the wind blows a tune, suddenly the thunder comes and blows away the moon,
Happiness can come and go no matter where I am, the sun will be shinning somewhere to remind me once again..

I will always have this problem so wipe away my tears, smile through the rain and fight away my fears!

Thoughtful piece Alyse. Keep smiling through the rain. The world needs brave and thoughtful people like you.
