Fighting A Fight With Me Poem by BRandy Thomas

Fighting A Fight With Me

When I stare at a blank page
I see wprds leap out
They are so filled with rage
That it makes me want to shout

My emotions fly out like ink from a pen
But I avoid sharing them
I keep them hidden like a deadly sin
In fear from you or him

People think they know what the poem is suposed to mean
They think I'm writing just to write
But the chances of that are lean
If I told you, you might understand you just might

But I don't want you to know
Note because I don't care
Because I love you so
And my problems are too much for you to bare

So I'll hide the worst from you
Because you are free
And becasue I have hopes of being so to
Until then I'll fight this fight with me
