Find an inner order, an inner form,
Control the attitude of your mind.
When the mind is steady,
The sacred space within is revealed.
In stillness, let yourself begin—
Free from the chaos encircling
The center of your gravity.

Hold yourself upright, in perfect balance,
Untouched by tension or discord.
Seek not mere physical ease,
But surrender—
Abandon the commanding nafs,
That restless force
Clinging to separateness,
Blind to the authentic self.

Position yourself in the center of gravity,
Where no illusion can imprison you.
Release the false entity you claim as "I, "
And journey inward,
To immerse in unity—
The wellspring of all life.
Listen, unceasingly,
To the song of oneness,
The rhythm of existence
That bids you yield
To the force of true life.

Let the truth of being rise within,
As the unity of what you are
Dawns like light.
Shed the tension of illusion—
The false "I"—
And discover I-Am,
The indivisible whole.
When this force fills your mind,
Your heart, your soul,
All will find peace.

I-Am sustains the all,
Every part subject to divine law.
In this knowing, proclaim:
"I am I-Am, the eternal truth."

Be one with divine silence—
A unity in vibration,
A calm beyond the rippling waves.
In this stillness, you are raised,
Liberated from illusions of creation,
Freed from the fleeting "I too am."

Know I-Am,
The truth beyond duality,
The essence that binds
Your inner and outer being.
Feel this force,
The eternal flow of all that is.
Fear dissolves,
For in I-Am, there is no loss,
Only the enduring self.
