Finding Peace Poem by Courtney Steele

Finding Peace

Rating: 2.1

WHAT DO THIS WORLD WANT?
WHAT DO OTHERS NEED?
LET THEM GO.
LET THEM RUN.
NOTHING IS GAURANTEED
PROMOTED BY THE SEED
NOTHING EVER GROW
THE HIGH IS MIGHTY BUT IS SURE TO FALL BELOW
BELOW, BELOW FEET PLACED UPON THE GROUND
EYES GLANCING UP BUT YOU CAN ONLY STAY DOWN
DOWN, DOWN THE WORST IS THE FIRST IMPRESSION
PRESSED AGAINST THE DESIRE OF AN ERRECTION
NO SEXUAL INTERACTION
SLACKING, LACKING, AND DEPRIVED OF SATISFACTION
DISSATISFACTION
WHAT WERE YOU HOPING?
BLAZING THROUGH THE GREEN
WHAT WERE YOU SMOKING?
SWEET MELODIES HARPS AND VIOLINS
RAINY DAYS HAVE PASSED BUT THEY WILL COME AGAIN
SWEET MELODIES HARPS AND VIOLINS
THE FLESH IS WEAK NO ONE CAST STONES NO ONE REMAIN WITHOUT SIN
SWEET MELODIES HARPS AND VIOLINS
NO ONE CAST STONES NO ONE REMAINS WITH SIN
