Fire



I feel the fire
A jumble of oranges, yellows, and blues
It's so beautifully painful
My arms lock
My legs freeze
Now I'm scared
But curious
I stare at the flames
I don't see the light
Suddenly He appears
I cry in joy
A savior
My savior laughs and closes
The door
My last chance for salvation
The last light is gone
