Fire Or Ice Poem by RaShawn Ince

Fire Or Ice

Fire:
Ice oh Ice, why does thee
freeze those filled with heat?
Passion and fire all is one,
but you reverse the burn of sun.

Ice:
Oh, but fire, trust me, I
have good reasons why fire must die.
It only brings chaos to innocent things.
Plus I'm close to God on angel wings.

Fire:
But don't you worry, I certainly know
what happens to a body when blood turns cold.
The heart freezes solid and lungs just stop.
Then quicker than risen, the body just drops.

Ice:
Good points were made but now i see
without your fire I wouldn't be.
Since the beginning of time, Ice and the Sun
destined together, forever in one.
