There's a fire sale going on in my brain today.
The doors are going to be closing sooner or later. I can't guarantee when the later would be but, I just hope, it's not sooner. If they do then all new memories that are yet to be made please hurry and make it through the doors before they close. Then I'll have my photo album with me for the rest of my life. If I hear or recognize you I might be able to match the face or the sound of a voice with a memory.
Come on in the doors are always open I'd rather you come into reminisce than rummage, but my days of making memories are over. There's nothing new for me to create that I will not forget or have already forgotten.
I can guarantee you that nothing is new and there's no such thing as second-hand memories. Some may be scratched and dented, a little smokey smell, but if that's the way I remembered them then that's the way you get them. Kiss and Carry is what I say. I'll kiss you and you'll kiss me and we both carry away the memory.
