First Date Poem by Philo Yan

A story about a snail
first date with ladybug
it's just a little tale
he slides to her and tug
Smiling, snail softly say
'Lets eat and right away! '

He eagerly climbs a branch
to reach an acorn bunch
the breakfast turns to lunch
a long and non-stop munch
of seeds with tasty crunch.

The snail was not curious
to talk and get to know her
Poor Ladybug was furious
her anger made her pale
with busy silent snail
sadly,
her date was epic fail
And so she had to bail!
