First, it shimmers like starlight—
distant, impossibly bright,
a language of fire and silence
I cannot fully breathe.
Each whisper you exhale
ascends above me,
a constellation of truths I cannot bind.
While old moons orbit my shadow,
I am anchored in tides that will not turn—
charting unseen galaxies,
fracturing horizons with each step.
It is not the distance, but the gravity—
the pull of illusions unraveling me,
tearing my core from its quiet flame.
Yet, with force, I break their hold—
not to possess you,
but to burn as the sun does:
fearless, unbound,
unceasingly pouring light into the void,
a passion the divine cannot help but ignite within me.
