First Post Last Time - Poem by Jamie Boyle
The birds were quiet when I first met you, I was alone but somehow I found you. It was familiar but I'd never seen you, you were alone but I got you.
Taking it the easy way we gave it our best, we showed it to them and then they showed the rest. How did we find it and where did it go, that love you lost was part of the show.
A quick release in the bush, a buttered cup shines, reflecting your fuss. You can't handle it any more, the fact remains, you're slow to recover you're a long term stain.
Penetrate your skin with your lust, despair yourself with your trust.
Isolate your sense and throw away your just.
Find your new self, this skill is a must.
