Fledging Poem by Stephanie Breuer

Fledging

I don't know why
I have to try
My life is dull
My life is void

I have to change
To exit this maze
But how
Here and now

Without support
What does it matter
This is not a sport
I gotta go

I have to leave
But without grief
To spread my wings
And finally be free
