Hail night, for one fevered moment,
Spill forth-flame with ardent purpose
Your fleeting kiss searing skies,
A presence undeniable.
Orbitus in nature
Leaving eyes starry-wide,
Then, as the rush of a memory
burns through,
Night stirs me quiet.
