Flowers Poem by RIC BASTASA

Flowers

oh you like flowers.
red carnations. sunbright suntans.
big red roses. with dew still on its leaves.
oh you like all the flowers
from all the corners of the lewdness of the earth.
so earthly. you eat every petal
and chew every sepal

you bet. you're the beast.
