If a person who calls loudly imitating the voice
...of the doves catches and imprisons them in cages,
It is for sure in his rebirth that he will be chained in his legs
...and put in prison, lamenting of his pathetic plight!

Likewise, if the persons who don't know and follow
...the virtuous duties and deeds that shall lead them
to the extensive shadow of the feet of Lord Vishnu,
...they are destined to go to the dangerously sufferable hell!
