Here I watch the rising sun
afraid some time soon that you'll be gone
that you'll find a stranger better in every way
A person you'll love more with each passing day

Although you may love him more than me
although he fills your day with glee
I know that he can never love you the way I do
even though i'm just a man, my love is true

Even if you go, I'll just stay
Waiting for the time you will see,
No matter how many path you may face,
You'll return in my sweet embrace
