John, John
Please John
tell us if you can
what you are on about
in your poetry!

I jumped on its back
trying to cross over
to the other side
but while trying
to arrive at the side
meaning was on
I was forced
to change horses
so many times midstream
I became exhausted
and fell off
drowning
in a river
of incomprehensibility.
