For Lynne Poem by Larry Ninas

For Lynne

Phone talks on cold days,
Long walks on warm days,
Lonely November mornings,
and December nights.

Quick words and laughter,
You wonder what I'm after,
To know you and to hold you
on those cold, rainy days.

With you on a long road,
Sharing our life's load,
Two hearts beat as one.
We're half way there.

To live with you through the bad times,
And enjoy the glad times.
To have you in my heart
forever and a day.
